Sourdough discard crackers!! These were so good!! We did cinnamon sugar but you could do everything bagel seasoning, pizza and more!!
ingredients:
1 cup discard
1 stick of melted, salted butter
Ground Cinnamon And Sugar or whatever topping you’d like (remember it’s going to be tangy so sweet balances out)
Mix well. Spead on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or topping to taste. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Pull out, score with a pizza roller into whatever size pieces you want. Put back in the oven until crisp and slightly browned. Depending on your oven maybe 10-15 more minutes. Keep an eye on them as the sugar will scorch easily. Take them out let them cool a little and enjoy!!! That’s it!!! Super easy and enjoyable!!
