Natural cough remedy

In todays day and age everthing from the store is questionable when it comes to if it is healthy! That’s why it’s always good to have a few tricks up your sleeve especially when it comes to cold and flu season! My friend Amber Harbin on Facebook showed me this golden beauty and I’m excited to add it to the list! Between this and our elderberry syrup we are ready for this cold and flu season! This lovely concoction has everything you need to help you when you just want to feel better!

Here are just some of the great benefits to this concoction:
-Cinnamon is good for inflammation (which happens in heads, throats, and airways) and it’s a good cold and flu protector, is an antioxidant and antibacterial.
-Honey is antiviral anti microbial and antibacterial (these two paired together creates a hydrogen peroxide effect and brings all the viruses to the surface of the stomach amd kills them).

-Both boost immune system especially when partnered.

-Honey contains natural properties to kill influenza germs as well.

-Lemon: Boosts immune system, adds Vit C.

-Ginger: sooths sore throats, antimicrobial, anti inflammatory, immune boosting in addition it is an antioxidant (antioxidants fight free radicals which can cause cell damage and illness)
