Homemade Strawberry Jam

This recipe was given to me by my friend Noelle Burkholder! She made it with her kids and I thought OMG that looks so good so she shared the recipe and gave me the ok to share it with you all!! This recipe is super easy and doesn’t involve any cooking! If you own a blender then you can make this recipe!



Recipe:

  • 4 cups of strawberries (I got locally grown strawberries)
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup instant clear jel
  • 3 8 oz canning jars with lids

 

Instructions:

  • Cut off the ends of the strawberries and throw them in the blender
  • Add the sugar
  • Once blended at the Instant clear jel
  • Pour into the canning jars. Fill to the bottom of the rim and wipe the rim and seal the jar! These keep in the freezer for up to a year!!!
