Homemade Ice Pops

Homemade Ice Pops

Homemade ice pops!! My kids see a tasty snack but I see so much more!!! Biggest thing I see is no dyes and not loaded with sugar!!! Here are some other benefits:

Tropical: boosts immune system, helps absorb iron, fights inflammation, can lower cancer risks, vitamin a and c!

Watermelon: keep you hydrated, may have anti cancer properties, may reduce inflammation, may help with skin health!

Berries: contains antioxidants, helps with blood sugar, can help fight against cancer, help eye health, help gastric symptoms

So many amazing benefits and super easy to make and of course yummy!!! Down below I will list the combinations I used to make each of the ice pops! I used fresh fruit for all the ice pops but you can use frozen fruit. It just wont be quite as beneficial as fresh fruit! I am an affiliate so I earn commission on anything bought through my links! I appreciate anything bought since it goes to support my family!

Recipes:

Ingredients:

Watermelon:

  • Watermelon (I used half a watermelon here

Berries:

  • Raspberries ( I used one container)
  • black berries ( I used one container)
  • Strawberries ( I used two containers cause we love strawberries)
  • Blueberries ( I used one container)

Tropical:

  • Oranges ( I used 2 oranges here)
  • Pineapple ( I used a whole pineapple and core)
  • Peaches ( I used a jar of organic peaches)

Instructions:

  • Wash and clean any fruit that needs cleaned. If the item needs peeled or the outside removed do that. Chop up the fruit into chunks for the blender.
  • Once all the fruit is ready to go blend up in a blender
  • Once blended and at the consistency you want you can strain if you don’t want any chunks or seeds. I did not do that but you can if that bothers you.
  • Pour into the ice pop bags and freeze. I used these bags here.
