As a mama to now 6 kiddos I am always looking for yummy new side dishes to make with dinner! This side dish was a great yummy addition! My kids love all things corn….. corn on the cob, buttered corn and pop corn so this was a no brainer to add to our menu! The kids absolutely loved it! I usually make it with meatloaf which has to cook for an hour! So I make this then put it in the oven and then make my meatloaf! When the meatloaf is done cooking so is the corn casserole!!

This recipe is super easy to make and has pretty basic ingredients that every mama probably already has in their pantry! Hope you enjoy this as much as we do!!!
