Some info:
Shipping: If it is a product on the site that is bought then the item usually ships within 2-3 business days! If it is a custom order expect shipping and turn around time of around 2-3 weeks minimum. If it is a preorder please allow at least 5-6 weeks minimum for your order to ship.
Return/refund policy: Since most of my items are one of a kind there is no refunds on items. I am willing to make things right with a new item or repairing an item depending on what the problem is so don’t hesitate to reach out if anything is wrong!
